It&#039;s nice to see (as a business owner) what I should expect from a designer (and probably from other businesses as well).

I know I need to work on patience.

And you&#039;re right about honesty. That&#039;s really what&#039;s most important to people.

Be honest about the project and keep in touch more often than you think is necessary and the client/vendor relationship should go smoothly despite any setbacks.
