It's nice to see (as a business owner) what I should expect from a designer (and probably from other businesses as well). I know I need to work on patience. And you're right about honesty. That's really what's most important to people. Be honest about the project and keep in touch more often than you think is necessary and the client/vendor relationship should go smoothly despite any setbacks.
